Battalion 1944.

This game looks incredible.  I'm really looking forward to it next year!  Some of the old school CoD2 tactical realism units that I grew up with 10 years ago are coming back and have already begun recruiting for the game.  http://www.battaliongame.com/

Ive watched and read a lot of great things about that game, but overall I lost in interest in it. However, Days of War is in the making which is an attempt of a remake of Day of Defeat, while cloning a lot of the desirable game play we saw in CoD2 and World at World. This game is featured on the Unreal Engine 4 platform and will provide astonishing gameplay and graphics. Surly when the game is sent to full production, I will be upgrading my rig to match the recommend hardware for the game.

Now that is a game I am excited for!

Both these games look good, but nothing great and nothing that's going to meet the success of Call of Duty 2, Day of Defeat, Red Orchestra, or any WWII shooter.

I don't think it's going to be as good as Days of War.

I suppose we'll find out. It's good to have that competition between the two. Hopefully that'll make 2 very good WWII FPS down the road.

I have my closed alpha key! Can't wait to play it in May. They're motivated by games like MOHAA and CoD2. These were my favorite WWII games growing up!

The Alpha releases in May. I believe full release would be near the end of the summer or in the fall. Not too sure!
