| you know this was going to be a just what do you do for a living post but ill just leave it as a general question. what do you do for a living? hobby? and spare time?
for me i am currently a low voltage security technician, meaning i drive all over the state all day, going from customer to customer, jobsite to jobsite, installing camera's and equipment to secure doors or any entry system, such as mag locks, card readers, lock strikes, motions, glass breaks ect.
for my hobby i play tabletop games, and paint the miniatures associated with them.
for my spare time which takes up most of my life after work... im behind my laptop all day. playing games, socializing with this great community, watching movies and also looking into things for my hobby. |

| I currently work for Kroger (grocery store) as a "Clicklist" attendant. I basically go around the whole store shopping for folks and taking the groceries out to them. I'm also going to University with a Computer Engineering major.
As a hobby, I'm also into tabletop games/miniatures, but I have been getting into cooking lately.
Most of my spare time is on the computer playing games and hanging out with amigos in this community and in general. |

| Haven't played in a bit tbh, but I usually did Warhammer (Chaos4lyfe), and DM'd for my friends. I personally want to either finish up my degree and go work for a company that sells parts or drop the degree and go to trade school and become an electrician. I honestly can't decide... |

| sweet i play loads of games but i havent been able to play lately either, ive tried to stick away from GW games though i mainly do historicals such as bolt action and black powder. and i roleplay with pathfinder, and im contemplating DMing myself. if i were you i would honestly stick with your degree, its probably more comfortable and pays more starting off.

| Since I retired from the British Army I've been working two part time jobs, a fisherman and a palliative care worker, all three very different jobs but I love each and every one of them and I wouldn't like to do anything else. I get a lot of satisfaction each day I go into work.
As for hobbies, I love photography, swimming, gaming, exploring new areas and pottering around in my workshop whether it's welding equipment for my fishing boat or making wooden or fiberglass model boats. I'll upload some pictures soon if you like.
In my spare time I'm either tinkering in the workshop, playing games on the PC or polishing up things around the unit at the moment. |

| Y'know the old trope about the father who's got a family trade and expects the son to take over and carry on the legacy, but the son ain't give two shits about no legacy and just wants to follow his (probably stupid) dreams? Kinda doing that out here, dropped out of highschool to take up work with my dad and learn the trade and anywhere else I could get cash to help support the family and now that it's been a few years I'm saving up the cash to get my GED and set out on my own. College would be nice but I don't know how I feel about loans or joining the military just for the GI bill, so for now its slogging away getting drywall dust on me.
I'd like a job on a boat or ship one day, fishing, shipping, I don't care. I've always been fond of the ocean, but its hard getting a job like that in the middle of the desert hah.
Moral of the story: stay in school, stay away from drywall.
As for hobbies I'm a big fan of reading and film, obviously playing videogames. Once in a blue moon I'll buy a model of a plane to make and I've been trying to get back into paintball more. I've always wanted to try tabletop gaming but I'd need to drive at least an hour from where I live to find anyone to play with so I been thinking about getting one of those virtual tabletop engines
Most of my spare time is spent shooting the shit with old buddies, talking with unit guys or consuming any manner of substances to get through the day. Oh, I like to draw landscapes sometimes as well, and I've always been fond of photography. |

| dude thats awsome!! my hobby buddies would get a kick out of that!
also Kirch i feal ya on that one staying in school is one thing, but having a goal and sticking to it while in school is another, which i did not, so thats why ive been career hopping, but i think i may be finding a nice spot to land hopefully.
gaming wise, it can be hard finding games in secluded areas like that ive got tabletop simulator on steam but it just doesn't have the same feel as throwing painted minis around, it just feels like a videogame. |

| nice Cardenas, i too love films, i try to make a point to watch one movie a week usually at the end of the work week, just as a Huzzah! and a good story. i don't really have a list, i just try to keep up with the films that came out that i want to see and then sometimes ill watch something that didn't make the theater cut but still looks good enough to give a whirl. |

| Never been a big film guy myself. Sure I like movies, but I never had the desire to seek out and watch a movie. Apparently, that means I'm missing out on a bunch of stuff, so with y'all's help I might just expand my movie library. |

Battle of Britain and A Bridge Too Far are essential WW2 classics my dude. Das Boot if you're interested in the German submarine war and as always I must recommend Lawrence of Arabia, god I love that movie. I could probably go on and on and on about film hahah, though I would like to hear what films the other Gliders are into. I been looking to watch some new stuff lately. |

Hobby: aside from gaming, I read history, I attend DIY punk shows (I'm working on putting together a band called orgasm abuse), I go hiking for the exercise despite the fact I'm not really into nature, lifting weights, I watch documentaries (shout out to Ken Burns!) and I'm working on a routine because I want to start doing stand up comedy. Oh, ya, and talking to women. Mhm. Women are the best. |

That's awesome you're into the academia world too. I'm currently working towards my 2nd M.A. degree. Yay for learning. |

| I'm a first-year university student in an economics program, but I plan to minor in psychology as well. I wish to develop a few games or go to trade school after I get my degree and join the Canadian army once I become a citizen.
For hobbies, I play a lot of video games (obviously), train in the gym, learn the guitar, research stuff I am curious about ranging anywhere from history to medicine, and listen to my friends' problems. |
